In a new post, 68-year-old Al Roker shared a series of pics of his son Nick. He set the slideshow to Oh How The Years Go By by Vanessa Williams. The pictures followed Nick as a baby up through the current year. Milestones like graduation were included, along with Courtney’s wedding. Al captioned the tear-jerker of a post, “Wow. #andjustlikethat 21 years ago, this young man changed our lives.”

He addressed his son and said, “I love you and you make me so proud.” He then wished him a happy birthday.

Fans took to the comments to share their emotional reaction to the tribute.
