Kim Kardashian To Join ‘The Bachelorette’?
The Kardashian-Jenner family and ABC’s Bachelor Nation franchise have collided. In a preview clip that has just dropped for Thursday’s episode of Hulu’s The Kardashians, Kim Kardashian tells a few members of her family she’s being considered as the next lead for The Bachelorette.

Kim Kardashian To Join The Bachelorette? Kris & Khloe React
The Kardashians just dropped a preview clip for tomorrow’s episode on all of their social media profiles for the Hulu series. The clip featured Kim, 42, sitting a few members of her family down so she could share some news with them. With an excited smile on her face, she proceeded to tell her family she was going to be the next lead for The Bachelorette.
In complete disbelief, shock washed over Kris Jenner’s face as she more or less asked her daughter to repeat herself assuming she heard her incorrectly.
Kim Kardashian doubled down telling her mother that Rob Mills, an executive with Disney, reached out to Kim directly to ask about it.
So an executive from Disney called me, Rob Mills — you know these people, but they wanted to call me directly. And then I was going to connect them with you once I decided if I was going to do it or not.”
Khloe Kardashian was clearly feeling as shocked as their mother Kris. She chimed in shooting her sister down: “One hundred percent, you’re not doing it.”
Kris Jenner Shoots It Down During A Confessional
During a confessional interview, Kris Jenner shared her true feelings on the thought of Kim agreeing to be the next lead on The Bachelorette. Kris was pretty quick to shoot it down. She insisted there was NO way she would let it happen.
No, not happening. Nope! I’m your momager, manager, mother — name a title. I’ll put any hat on that you want, but you’re not doing this.”
Kris Jenner insisted she supports her daughter Kim and she would do just about anything for her. She, however, draws the line as joining Bachelor Nation to find love.
As fans of The Bachelorette know Charity Lawson is the current lead this season. And, Kim Kardashian was just having a little fun with her family.

Would Kim Kardashian Be Well Received By Bachelor Nation?
According to People Magazine, several members of Bachelor Nation have chimed in and shared their thoughts on whether Kim Kardashian would be well-received as a lead of The Bachelorette.

Former Bachelorette Kaitlyn Bristowe admits she “likes” the idea of Kim Kardashian kicking it with “a bunch of personal trainers, and medical sales reps.”
Kaitlyn’s fiance, Jason Tartick, admitted he had to check and see if the post was legit.
While the preview clip has not been out very long, many fans of Bachelor Nation were pretty quick to give the idea a thumbs down agreeing they would not be watching her season (if it existed).

Not everyone, however, shut down the idea. Some thought it would be a great move on ABC’s part as it would pull from the Kardashian fan base and send ratings to a new high. Fans did agree it would cost a pretty penny as Kim would likely get paid more than any other lead ever has.
There were also a few fans who thought it was a bit ironic that Kris Jenner had no issues with an adult film, but thought The Bachelorette was crossing a line.
Is Kim Kardashian Looking For Love Right Now?
As The Kardashians fans know, Kim Kardashian is very single right now. Back in May, Kim was a guest on the On Purpose with Jay Shetty podcast. While on the podcast, she admitted that she is a hopeless romantic and hopes to find love again. She, however, knows there are a lot of factors at play (especially because she has children). So, she plans on not rushing things.
I think I’ll always be a hopeless romantic and always want to be in love and definitely love sharing my life with someone, and love creating a life with someone. I definitely will take my time. And I think there’s so many factors, especially when you have kids and being mindful of people that enter in your life.”
