‘LPBW:’ Exhausted Tori Roloff Drowns In Sadness
Tori Roloff of TLC’s Little People, Big World took to her Instagram profile to reveal that she was both exhausted and drowning in sadness. LPBW: Exhausted Tori Roloff Drowns In Sadness
Tori Roloff shared a gorgeous photo of herself with both of her hands applying pressure to her ears and temples as she closed her eyes and scrunched up her nose. Turns out, the TLC personality was feeling heavy today. She was overstimulated. And, drowning in sadness. In an emotional update that many of her 1.9M followers found to be relatable, Tori Roloff went into detail about how she was feeling as of late.
Zach Roloff’s wife kicked off the post by acknowledging that being a mother was often a very “messy” job. Then, she admitted that she was having a “very heavy” day. She felt completely exhausted. And, she found herself to be overstimulated by nearly everything.
I struggle a lot with raising our kids in world that has so much brokenness. I struggle with parenting in a world that has so much brokenness. And it got to me today.
Her post continued: “Us moms just want our kids to be the best they can be. I want my kids to be a light that casts out the darkness in this world. However, that’s not always their burden to bear. Sometimes kids just have to be kids.”
Admits She Wants To Run Away From Social Media
Because of how “broken” she feels the world is right now, Tori Roloff reveals that she’s found herself in a place where she has little desire to spend any time on social media. She explains that she’s constantly hit with fear of worrying about how social media might harm her family. And, it makes her not want to “stick around” because of it.
Tori Roloff concluded her post by telling all of the mothers that follow her on Instagram that there is nothing wrong with motherhood being messy. Moreover, she wanted her followers to know that even when things seemed really hard to remember that they are never alone.
