‘90 Day Fiance’ Kenny Niedermeier Faces Age & Babies
90 Day Fiance: The Other Way star Kenny Niedermeier is facing both age and babies in the new season. Though he and his husband Armando Rubio are fan favorites, they do tend to clash. It is no secret that there is a significant age gap between Kenny Niedermeier and Armando Rubio on 90 Day Fiance. The two men are twenty-six years apart with Kenny being the eldest. However, they have made it work and are quite happy together raising Armando’s daughter, Hannah, 10. Kenny also has four grown children from IVF through the help of a female friend. Though he and Armando have talked about adding to their family, Kenny is now getting smacked in the face with age.
In the upcoming season of 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way, the couple is starting to talk about another baby. According to a clip from ET, Armando is ready to start the process of growing their family. However, Kenny is facing the fact that he is turning sixty soon so that is clouding his judgment. It seems like getting older is really having an effect on the youthful Kenny, who makes viewers laugh and smile when he and Armando appear on Pillow Talk. Now, he is suddenly a little downtrodden. Especially, when his husband proposes they start exploring surrogacy.
“I know I’ve been dragging it I guess because sometimes reality sinks in. And the reality is my age. I honestly knew — not even thought — I knew I was done having kids. You know, I raised four children, primarily on my own. And I loved every second of it but I was done,” Kenny explains. It seems that Armando understands the age factor but also feels there should be some urgency, as well.

Armando had this to say: “A lot about what we’ve talked about is time and Kenny’s age. Why aren’t we getting this done now, then? If that’s the issue, if that’s what we’re scared about — Kenny growing older — then why aren’t we getting this done now?” It has been speculated that the 90 Day Fiance couple did adopt a baby or go through with surrogacy. They had posted a photo on their Instagram, according to Nerd Stash and it left people questioning. The couple did not address the child apparently or note if it was a relative or friend’s baby. So, this could have already been in the works and the argument was brought up to throw viewers off. Or, they had actually faced this dilemma prior to filming but had to reenact it.
