Former Counting On star Jana Duggar is showing off her guns in a tank top and short shorts. She posed for a photo as she celebrated the 4th of July, and she didn’t hold back from showing some skin. Longtime Duggar fans know about the family’s strict modesty rules. But over the past few years, many of the adult women have started wearing clothes that don’t really fit those rules. Jinger Vuolo, Joy-Anna Forsyth, Jill Dillard, Jessa Seewald, and others often wear pants or tank tops these days.
But fans were shocked to see Jana Duggar start wearing jeans, shorts, and tank tops. This is because she still seemingly lives at her parents’ home. She’s unmarried. So, fans believe she must follow her dad’s rules. If she had a husband, she would then follow his rules. This is simply how the Duggars feel about authority in marriages.

This week, Jinger shared a new photo of herself with her brother-in-law, Ben Seewald, her sister-in-law, Valerie Vuolo, and her sister, Jana Duggar. They all hung out in Los Angeles, which is where Jinger and Jeremy Vuolo live, for the 4th of July. And to celebrate, they ran a 5K.
Below, you can see the photo of Jinger, Ben, Valerie, and Jana. In the snap, the eldest Duggar daughter is rocking a yellow tank top that shows off her toned shoulders and arms. It looks like she spends a lot of time at the gym.
She paired the basic tank top with a pair of black running shorts that come a few inches above her knees. She also wore white Nike running shoes. Her long locks were pulled into a ponytail. After the race, she received a finisher’s medal and wore a race bib as well.

On Reddit and Instagram, fans are sharing their thoughts on Jana Duggar’s appearance. One of Jinger’s Instagram followers said, “Look at Jana’s legs and arms. Holy cow, I want to look that toned, wonder if she ever mentions her routine.”
Over on Reddit, several Duggar fans and critics complimented her fit body, pointing out her big guns. Many are amazed. Until now, they didn’t realize she was in such great shape because she usually keeps her body covered up due to her parents’ modesty rules.
