Pregnant Madison Carter Breaks Silence On Ryan Mallett’s Tragic Death
It was on June 27th that the tragic news of former NFL quarterback Ryan Mallett’s death broke. He was just 35 years old and he was expecting his first child with his girlfriend, Madison Carter. On Sunday night, Madison took to Facebook to issue a heartbreaking statement on the passing of her boyfriend.
Ex-NFL Quarterback Ryan Mallett Dead At 35
The 35-year-old, who formerly played for the New England Patriots, Houston Texans, and Baltimore Ravens, was on vacation with his pregnant girlfriend Madison Carter in Florida when he drowned in a tragic accident. Per Daily Mail, beach safety officials do not believe the riptides caused Ryan to drown. Presently, they suspect heat exhaustion may have been the real culprit.

Beach Safety Division Chief Joe D’Agostino explained there were a plethora of things that could have happened to the former NFL player.
There’s a multitude of things that can impact a swimmer. If you stop sweating you’re in trouble. You need to be sweating, regardless of what it is that you’re doing, even if you’re just sitting there in the shade. Some of our visitors an overestimate their swim ability.”
According to Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office, Ryan was not breathing when he was pulled from the water by lifeguards. He was rushed to a nearby hospital where he was, sadly, pronounced dead.

Pregnant Madison Carter Breaks Silence
Madison Carter and Ryan Mallett went Facebook official as a couple on June 1st. Tragically, there were also expecting their first child together when Ryan drowned on June 27th. Last night, his pregnant girlfriend took to Facebook to issue an emotional statement. She apologized to Ryan and stated that she hoped he knew how hard she tried to save him.
She penned: “I prayed for you for 27 years, and we finally found each other. I trust that God has a plan for everything, but I don’t think I will ever understand why this happened. I’m so sorry I couldn’t save you, and I hope you know how hard I tried.”
We were planning our future. We were just getting started. I’m sure some think we’re crazy for feeling the way we did about each other in such a short time. I thought we were crazy at first too. But you helped me understand that when two souls connect the way ours did, love has no set timeline.

She concluded her long heartbreaking post by admitting she had no idea how she was going to get passed losing Ryan. She begged him to watch over her and their unborn child. And, she concluded that she couldn’t wait to see him again.
