Is the 46th and current President of the United States (POTUS) Joe Biden dead at the age of 80? The death of Joe Biden is currently trending on Twitter. Likewise, there are also several threads popping up on Reddit as the death rumor has started to pick up steam. Is this just another death hoax? Or, could the 46th President of the United States have passed away?

Four hours ago, a Twitter user called Top Secret Texas posted a video of what appeared to be a body bag being carried out of the White House on a stretcher. Zooming out, the time stamp on the video reveals the footage was taken on June 23, 2022.

The tweet also featured a screenshot of another tweet with a message penned by someone with their username written as “anonymous.” They said for no one to ask them how they knew this but that “Joe Biden was dead.”

The post claimed that Joe Biden’s cause of death was a massive heart attack and the White House was currently “scrambling” to get Kamala Harris sworn into office before news of Joe Biden’s death broke.

The report goes on to claim that media outlets have been instructed to keep a lid on Joe Biden’s death until the White House gives the “all clear” to make the announcement.

In the past few hours, many have also taken to Twitter asking for confirmation on whether or not Joe Biden was dead. Some noted they even heard rumors he had passed away of a massive heart attack.

Is There Truth To This Rumor?

In response to the video, many are claiming it is an older video. Some are also pointing out that the video has two body bags on stretchers. So, it doesn’t fit the “Biden is dead” theory. Others are claiming some of the dates don’t match up with the stories.

For example, the post claiming he died of a massive heart attack “an hour ago” was posted on July 1st. But, the video carrying the body bag had a time stamp of June 23, 2022 (a year ago). Likewise, there is also a statement going around claiming to be an obituary stating Joe Biden passed away on July 2nd, which doesn’t match any of the other claims.

There is no denying that “Joe Biden dead” is trending on multiple social media platforms. At this time, however, there do not appear to be any legitimate sources reporting on his death. If that changes, Tv Shows Ace will keep you informed.
