What Is ‘Mine On The Line’ About?

This week, the Hoffman crew is going to get what they pray for in the third episode of Hoffman Family Gold, Season 2. However, in this Discovery episode entitled “Mine On The Line,” the family-run business may get too much of what they are asking for.

According to the Discovery press release, “Smoke from a nearby fire has the Hoffmans on edge and praying for rain. Their prayers are answered, but the torrential storms may flood the mine, leaving the team scrambling to save their paydirt. Hunter pushes to get his wash plant up and running.”

Mining in Alaska is not for the faint of heart. Sounds like the Hoffmans may be scrambling on their claim to save their season. This is surely a make-or-break moment, and they need to work as a family to save their paydirt.

As for Hunter, his gigantic wash plant needs to be put together so he can start running some pay. Is he going to need to ask Dad and Grandpa to help him out? Or is Todd Hoffman going to get out his binoculars and watch Hunter and his team from afar?

Fans will have to watch to see the latest trials and tribulations in this Gold Rush spinoff.

Hunter Gets ‘Wakeup Call In Hoffman Family Gold Season 2

Hoffman Family Gold Season 2 is the battle of the Hoffmans. Who is a better gold miner? There is a good chance that viewers will soon find out, but it is not going to be an easy battle. Moreover, according to Todd Hoffman’s interview with Distractify, Hunter Hoffman will be learning “how hard things are in the gold mining profession.” Todd admits that mining is a “struggle” in Alaska.

I think he looked at things and doesn’t realize how hard it is, even just to unload the machine, or try to cut a piece of steel and put it back on property.

On Gold Rush, the Hoffman crew battled for every single nugget of gold. Whether they were in the Klondike, Colorado, or Guyana, they faced troubles. Therefore, he realizes that a good bush fix can make or break a season. Or, Mother Nature can have other plans when all you want is a little rain.

Don’t miss another episode of Hoffman Family Gold on Fridays, at 9 p.m., Eastern, on the Discovery Channel.
