Charlotte is the daughter of Tori Bates and Bobby Smith. Charlotte Raine was born on June 24, 2021. Earlier this week, Charlotte celebrated her second birthday! She is Tori and Bobby’s third child and first daughter. The couple also shares Kade, Kolter, and Cambree.

She said, “Happy 2nd Birthday pretty Charlotte! Your little petite frame lights up the room with your gigantic smile! You’re the happiest little thing ever! Everyone wants to hold you and play with you, cause you’re adorable beyond words!”
Then, Kelly Bates added, “And you’re absolutely perfect for our family, cause we adore you so much! You’re a little comedian too! You love to tease and laugh at your own jokes!”
