‘Bringing Up Bates’: Kelly Jo Celebrates Her Birthday In A BIG Way!
Bringing Up Bates mom Kelly Jo Bates is celebrating a very special birthday! The mom of 19 turned 55 years old on Tuesday, October 26. This year, she decided to do things a little bit bigger. So, she left the country for a birthday getaway.
In an Instagram post, she shared a photo of herself and her husband Gil as she enjoyed a birthday dessert at a restaurant. She excitedly wrote, “Thank you to everyone that has sent such warm and heartfelt Birthday wishes! 55 is feeling pretty exciting right now! I’m sitting beside the love of my life, looking through sweet Birthday posts and texts from my precious kiddos, and thinking how blessed I am!”
She says, “I’ve got a houseful and a heart full of things to be grateful for. I have friends and family that I adore, that I lean on, and that I can count on through thick and thin!”
Then, the mom adds, “I have a wonderful church (and pastor). I have a loving Savior! What more could anyone ask for? It’s a wonderful life! ”
How is Kelly Jo celebrating her 55th birthday?
Kelly Jo gets to celebrate her birthday in Italy this year! It’s a pretty big deal, and she seems thrilled to be there. So far, she hasn’t posted too many pictures from the trip, but Kelly Jo seems to be enjoying herself on her birthday trip. In her birthday post she posted on Instagram, she also wrote, “I’m on a birthday trip of a lifetime.”
As we reported, Lawson Bates and his girlfriend Tiffany Espensen are currently in Italy with both of their parents. Fans suspect that Lawson is going to propose while they are all there together. Not only is Italy the perfect place for a romantic proposal, but it’s a great place for Kelly Jo to celebrate her birthday.
