However, over the past few years, fans haven’t seen them together very much. This could be due to the controversies surrounding the Duggar family, or it could simply be explained by busy schedules and living in different states. Now, the ladies are back together.

This weekend, Michelle and Kelly Jo got back together again for a special occasion. They traveled to Connecticut to celebrate a birthday with the Langdon family. Both the Duggars and Bates have been friends with the Langdons for years, and there are even courtship rumors swirling.
On Instagram, Kelly Jo Bates shared a slideshow of pictures from her weekend in Connecticut with a group of friends. Some of the Bates kids tagged along, but it doesn’t look like any Duggar kids appeared in the photos.
Kelly Jo said, “How do you even describe a perfect week of rest, adventure, fellowship, learning, loving, sharing, & worshipping together with friends?! Thank you Langdon family for hosting us in your beautiful Connecticut home! And especially thank you for letting us celebrate this birthday with you!”
