The Duggar & Bates Ladies Team Up For Galentine’s Day: See Photos
The Duggar and Bates girls have reunited for a special occasion. They are celebrating Galentine’s Day! While Valentine’s Day is reserved for time with their boyfriends or husbands, Galentine’s Day is about spending time with their close female friends.
If you’re a fan of these two families, you may know that they have been friends for years. Over the years, fans have seen them connect on many different occasions. Carlin Stewart and Joy-Anna Forsyth are especially good friends, but they all seem to get along well.
This time, Carlin wasn’t able to make it to the fun gathering. But there was another Bates lady present, as well as several Duggars and a couple of other friends.
Esther Keyes Bates shares new photos from a special day.
In a new Instagram post over the weekend, Esther Keyes Bates revealed that she got together with some of her friends, including the Duggars, to celebrate Galentine’s Day.
The Bates daughter-in-law detailed their fun gathering, writing, “Nail painting • Bible inspiration • love stories • good food • fun date ideas • games and more! I’m so thankful for such great friends!!”
In the photos, the ladies are showing off their freshly painted nails as they smile for the camera. The photos feature Katey Nakatsu (Jedidiah Duggar’s wife), Joy-Anna Forsyth, Esther Bates, Abbie Duggar (John-David’s wife), and a couple of their other friends.
Most of the Bates family lives in Tennessee, while many of the Duggars live in Arkansas. So, it’s possible that the party was held in Arkansas. But no specific location is mentioned in the Instagram post.
In another picture, Esther shows off a table all decorated and filled with food. There are a couple of pizzas on the table, along with a sign that reads, “Love you to pizzas.”
Duggar & Bates fans love the fun pictures.
In the comments section of Esther’s Instagram post, fans are commenting on how fun the Galentine’s Day party looks. Others are saying that the ladies are “beautiful.” Some even say that they want to have Galentine’s Day parties of their own after seeing these photos.
Many fans love both families and are glad to see them teaming up for a special occasion. Kelly Jo Bates wrote, “This looks like a blast!😍”
