Another ‘Dancing With The Stars’ Baby On The Way
There’s excellent news in the world of ballroom dance to share; another Dancing With The Stars baby is on the way.
So far, five dancers have given birth in 2023. Lindsay Arnold and Daniella Karagach had baby girls while Peta Murgatroyd, Witney Carson, and Jenna Johnson all had sons.
But the ballroom baby boom isn’t over yet. Another pro dancer publically announced a pregnancy today. Keep reading to get the inside scoop.
The Dancing With The Stars babies keep on coming
Peta Murgatroyd and Maks Chmerkovskiy were the most recent DWTS pair to welcome a new baby. But it seems that they will not be the last ones this year.
Another Dancing With The Stars pro recently revealed they were going to bring home a new baby soon. And based on the photos, it seems that the baby will be here before the end of the year.
The reigning champion Mark Ballas and his wife BC Jean are thrilled about becoming parents! The couple recently broke the news to fans on Instagram.
“Life Lately ☀️” the 37-year-old captioned his Instagram video. The reel went on to show glimpses of their life together.
“Lately we’ve been making new music, making birthday wishes, went to Disneyland, made more music stuff, turned off our phones and went to the beach,” the video read as it showed exciting moments from the couple’s life. “Also we’ve been making a tiny human. Coming soon.”
The video ends with Mark and BC Jean posing for a selfie together. She lovingly cradles her baby bump as Mark reaches around to place his hand on hers.
Right away, fans went wild in the comments section. Both Mark Ballas and BC Jean seemed to keep the pregnancy hidden pretty well so far.
“Yessssssssssssss baby!!!!!! We love this baby so much already! ❤️❤️❤️” Julianne Hough wrote in the comments.
“I am beyond excited about this beautiful announcement, I’m on a high how blessed we all are to join in your beautiful precious moment in life. Nanny Shirley is more than ready to join in all these memories @bcjean @markballas 😍❤️” Mark’s mother Shirley Ballas added.

Mark Ballas officially retires from the competition show
Mark Ballas made a surprise return for Dancing With The Stars Season 31 after a years-long absence. He and Charli D’Amelio went on to take home the Mirrorball Trophy. And shortly after, he announced he was officially retiring from the show.
“I just want to finish this by saying I’ve done 20 seasons now. I was 21, 22 and honestly, being able to dance and perform for you fans, you guys are the best fans. Thank you,” Mark shared during the Season 31 tour, as reported by ET. “So I just want to finish by saying, this will be the last time you’ll see me dance in this capacity. I’m coming to a close tonight. It’s going to be my last dance.”
Fans were really disappointed at the time, but it’s possible he made the decision because he knew he was going to become a father. Either way, fans will look forward to following Mark online and seeing baby updates.
