‘Sister Wives’ Kody & Janelle Brown Make Big Moves Together
Sister Wives fans have been curious about Kody Brown’s Coyote Pass land since three of his wives left. He’s supposed to build a mini-neighborhood for his four wives. However, things quickly went south in the polygamous family. There are also reports that Kody has been struggling to pay the remaining balance on the land. Recently, it was discovered that Janelle helped her ex-husband finalize the purchase.
Sister Wives: Kody Brown’s Coyote Pass Plans
Kody Brown’s excitement over his Coyote Pass land was unprecedented. The Sister Wives star even made a presentation years ago about building a big house where all of his wives could live. But the plan later changed to five separate houses, which is almost the same as their Las Vegas cul-de-sac. Some of the wives have mixed reactions to his plans. Though they don’t seem to have any other choice but to rely on his idea. Unfortunately, they weren’t able to push it through as Kody’s relationship with the wives started to deteriorate. Additionally, they were not allowed to build until the full amount was paid.
Kody & Janelle Pay Off Coyote Pass Property Despite Separation
According to reports, Kody and Janelle finished paying off their plot for $170,000. It was also discovered that one of the plots was in Robyn’s name. The polygamous family purchased the land in 2018 for $820,000, though the deed of release states that it was fully paid on June 2, 2023. The land was divided between Kody and the sister wives. Some fans were surprised that Janelle still contributed despite her split with the 54-year-old polygamist. It’s unclear if they’re still looking forward to building. At this point, Sister Wives fans can only hope that Season 18 will shed light on the land’s future.
Sister Wives: Janelle Brown Returns To RV
Janelle recently took to Instagram to share that she’s returning to her motor home. According to the mother of six, she’s going to live in her recreational vehicle for the summer. She has already shared clips and pictures from her recent trips. The 54-year-old mother is currently set up in an Arizona trailer park with full access to water and electricity.
Janelle has also revealed that Savanah had a hard time adjusting to the living conditions in the RV. Due to this, she will be staying with her sister, Maddie Brush, this summer.
