The Little People, Big World dad has been through a lot lately.
If you’re an LPBW fan you may know about Zach’s recent health issues. In February, the TLC star had surgery to repair one of his shunts. Fortunately, he has recovered and seems to be doing well now.
As we also reported, Tori Roloff shared a photo of Zach with a nasty gash on his eyebrow. She originally mentioned going to the emergency room, but then she confirmed that they didn’t actually need to go to the hospital for this injury.
Now, Zach is getting wild again and was seen dangling from a tree. Hopefully, this situation doesn’t end with a trip to the hospital.

In a new Instagram Stories post on Thursday, Tori Roloff shared a video of her hubby dangling from a tree. In the video, Zach is hanging on a thick tree branch and is attempting to find a way down. He and Tori can be heard laughing as he swings himself down and jumps onto the ground. Tori added, “We’re getting old, man.”

It looks like Zach was simply having a good time with his son, Jackson, 5. The pair enjoyed climbing the tree together and made some awesome memories. But Zach certainly ran into some issues when it was time to climb down. Tori didn’t update fans on how Zach got down or if everything is okay now. But the video doesn’t seem to be too serious, so fans can rest assured that everything is probably okay.
