“The show should pay for Tammy’s teeth to be fixed,” a Reddit user suggested online recently. “Losing this much weight can cause tooth issues so it’s not that I’m picking on her. But I think the show has made so much money off them that should find a dental place willing to show their office (maybe a chain) that will give her permanent replacements.”
Many other Redditors expressed their frustration with the OP’s post and suggested Tammy didn’t deserve anything after how she treated others onscreen. On top of that, a few pointed out that she could likely afford dental care herself now. She’s had several seasons on TLC and still has her YouTube channel.

Tammy should pay for her own dental work not TLC
“She could AFFORD her dental care NOW”????????????????? Oh my god. How utterly stupid. That was spoken by someone that knows absolutely nothing about the cost of dental care. She is going to need a full bridge plus tooth extractions. That’s going to be THOUSANDS of dollars. She doesn’t have that money. None of them do. Maybe she’ll find someone sympathetic to her stupidity and do it for a reduced amount. Her teeth are so bad she probably can’t get any crowns, which run hundreds per crown to THOUSANDS per crown.
