Vanderpump Rules queen Lisa Vanderpump has taken out multiple home loans on her mansion, Villa Rosa. Yet, is she planning on making a big move to Las Vegas? Lisa Vanderpump Takes Out Multiple Home Loans- Vegas Bound?

West Hollywood used to be Lisa Vanderpump’s stomping ground. Not only did she have her restaurant, Villa Blanca but she also had SUR. Then, she opened PUMP followed by TomTom. Sadly, she ended up closing Villa Blanca in 2020 after the pandemic took out many eating establishments. Then, she and her family shared that they would not be renewing the lease on PUMP and it would close in July of this year. However, a big focus of hers is on expanding her brand in Las Vegas where she has already been quite successful. Could she possibly be uprooting and relocating there?

According to The Sun, Lisa Vanderpump and her husband of forty years, Ken Todd, bought Villa Rosa eleven years ago. In that time, they have taken out three home loans on it, totaling around nineteen million dollars. Keep in mind, the lavish home only cost approximately twelve million at the time. The first loan was for $6,225,400 back in 2015, the second was for $6,350,000 in 2017 and the final one was for the same in 2019, all different banks.

Now, the big question is did LVP actually privately sell her California home so that she could start over in Vegas? On So Bad It’s Good With Ryan Bailey, he alluded to this and fans have started a thread over on Reddit. One Redditor stated: “It’s not true. Scheana has already said the show is not moving to vegas.” Another added: “I can’t see LVP leaving Pandora or the grandbaby. When Pandora left for college in LA, LVP followed her. They’re probably downsizing. Ken is in his 80’s and she’s in her 60’s. They don’t need a massive house anymore.”

Just Rumors-For Now

As much as Lisa Vanderpump loves her Las Vegas establishments, it seems that there is no concrete evidence that she is relocating there just yet. She did boast about how amazing it was doing on the reunion but she also has something else up her sleeve. LVP has a new Hulu series based in France so until that is over, it looks like she will mostly be traveling.
