Former Counting On stars Austin and Joy-Anna Forsyth have welcomed their new baby boy to the world! They shared this exciting news with fans on Friday, May 19, and gave everyone a brief update on their growing family. So, what details have they spilled so far? Keep reading to find out.
Joy-Anna and Austin have a five-year-old son named Gideon and a two-year-old daughter named Evelyn. Before welcoming Evelyn to the world, the couple sadly suffered a loss halfway through Joy-Anna’s pregnancy. Fortunately, everything went smoothly with Evelyn and the same appears to be true for the new baby.

On Instagram on Friday, May 19, Joy-Anna posted a new photo of herself, Austin, and their baby boy. She simply said, “He’s here!💙 Thank you all for praying… Mama and baby are recovering well.

On Friday, Joy-Anna and Austin also posted a new video on YouTube to share their big news. The title revealed that the baby boy has arrived. At the beginning of the video, there’s simply a screen with text that reads, “We have big news.” In the background, you can hear the family in the delivery room with people encouraging Joy-Anna. Later, a newborn baby cries for the first time.
Most of the new YouTube video is a recap of Joy-Anna’s pregnancy, from telling her family she’s pregnant to her various checkups and ultrasounds. At the very end of the video, a message on the screen encourages viewers to come back next week for more information about Joy-Anna and Austin’s son. So, hopefully, they will share more photos and videos of him, as well as his name.
