The Duggar family is growing again as Austin and Joy-Anna Forsyth announce that baby number three is on the way! The couple took to social media to share this exciting news with fans. Keep reading to get all of the details.
Joy-Anna and Austin currently have two kids, Gideon, 4, and Evelyn, 2. Between Gideon and Evelyn, the couple sadly lost a baby halfway through the pregnancy.
For months, fans have wondered if Joy-Anna might be pregnant again. But until now, it was never confirmed.
Now fans know that they are welcoming another baby into their family! On Wednesday morning on Instagram, Austin and Joy-Anna Forsyth posted a couple of photos from a photo shoot. She simply wrote, “Baby #3 is on the way!”
In her post, Joy-Anna tagged her friends, Carlin and Evan Stewart, so they may have taken the photos.
In one snap, Austin is kissing his wife’s cheek as she holds the sonogram photos in one hand. Another picture features the family of four and Evelyn is holding the ultrasound photos. You can see them below.

The couple also dropped a new YouTube video about their big announcement. They revealed that the baby is due in May 2023. In the YouTube video description, they added, “We would appreciate your prayers these next 7 and half months for a safe pregnancy and delivery.”
In the YouTube video, Austin and Joy-Anna shared additional details, including the moment she got a positive pregnancy test and their first doctor’s appointment. They revealed that they have been trying to conceive for a little while now and that they are ready to expand their family.
They found out while they were on a trip to Alaska with a couple of their friends.
After Joy-Anna’s first doctor’s appointment, she revealed that all of her labs and bloodwork came back and everything looks great. Her pregnancy is going smoothly so far.
