Teresa Giudice Implies ‘RHONJ’ Won’t Survive Without Her

Teresa Giudice is silencing all rumors she won’t return for Season 14 of RHONJ. As an OG cast member, the Bravo star notes that she is Real Housewives of New Jersey and Real Housewives of New Jersey is her. In making this statement, the Bravo personality is seemingly implying she doesn’t think the series could survive without her as a cast member.

According to Page Six, Teresa Giudice was fuming with frustration after Andy Cohen fueled rumors that she was going to take a step back from the series and not return for Season 14. Now, Andy Cohen wasn’t coming from a bad place with this assumption. He just thought Teresa would need a break from the constant swirling pools of drama. The Bravo star, however, seemingly took offense to the belief that she couldn’t take the heat.

Page Six reminds us that during an interview last year, Teresa noted that she would NEVER walk away from RHONJ as she was the last OG cast member and that meant something to her.

I started the show. I’m never going to give that to anyone because I’m the one that started the show.

With Teresa Giudice insisting she would never give anyone a drop of satisfaction by walking away from the show, it sounds like the only way she wouldn’t return for Season 14 is if Bravo decided it didn’t want her and refused to renew her contract.

The Network Has Forced Her Hand

For now, the network is siding with Andy Cohen and has forced Teresa to take a step back. Earlier this week, Page Six reported that RHONJ had hit the pause button on production. Multiple sources confirm the drama isn’t just for the cameras as Teresa and Melissa are “legitimately estranged” and production must figure out how to move forward.

Sources confirmed production of the Bravo series is currently scratching its head as it wades through the drama for the best solution. Presently, no contracts have been offered for season 14 just yet. It, however, is important to also know the network has not fired anyone either as of yet.

With everything Teresa Giudice has had to say, it certainly sounds like she thinks the network would be making a huge mistake if they moved forward with a Season 14 that did not include her as a cast member.
