A shocking reveal may be bringing Duggar sisters Jill Dillard and Jinger Vuolo closer to one another than ever before. The former Counting On stars are similar in many ways, but new details have come out, revealing another connection they share. So, what has been revealed, and how does it bring these two sisters together? Stick around for more details.

Jinger Vuolo opens up about her journey out of the IBLP.

As TV Shows Ace has reported, Jinger released a new book, Becoming Free Indeed, which details her journey away from the IBLP (Institute in Basic Life Principles). This is the religion she was raised in, and many members of her family are still involved in it. In her book, she makes it clear that she’s not bashing her family. Instead, she’s calling out the harmful religious teachings within the IBLP.

Very few members of the Duggar family showed support for Jinger’s book, but Jill was one of them who promoted it on social media.

Jill Dillard is breaking her silence on the IBLP’s teachings.

Now, Jill is joining her sister in opening up about the IBLP and its harmful teachings. As TV Shows Ace reported, the trailer for Amazon Prime Video’s new limited series, Shiny Happy People: Duggar Family Secrets, dropped this week. The trailer gives a peek at what’s to come in the Duggar docuseries, detailing the family and their involvement with the IBLP.

Surprisingly, Jill Dillard made a brief appearance in the trailer. She didn’t say much in the short clip, but she made it clear why she wanted to be involved in the docuseries. She said, “There’s a story that’s going to be told. And I would rather be the one telling it.”

The Duggar daughter also mentioned how her family has been a part of the IBLP for as long as she can remember. It’s unclear what else Jill shares in the docuseries, but fans will find out very soon. She may follow Jinger’s lead and focus more on the IBLP instead of their parents, Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar. Nonetheless, on this journey, the two sisters might have connected and used each other for support.

So, do you think Jill Dillard and Jinger Vuolo might have bonded over their decisions to speak out about the IBLP? Does it surprise you that they are opening up so publicly? Sound off in the comments section below. And come back to TV Shows Ace for more news about the Duggar family.

Below, you can see the trailer, featuring Jill Dillard and Amy King. The docuseries premieres on Amazon Prime Video on June 2.

  1. ya..it’s not good, but I guarantee it is not nearly as bad as what Democrats via the WEF/NWO are forcing on us (the way other end of the spectrum)….but Bezos doesn’t want to make a film about that because he supports it!
