In a shocking update on her official Facebook page, Savannah Chrisley issues an official statement regarding the rumors that her parents are getting divorced.
“Official statement on rumors my parents are getting DIVORCED,” she penned in an update with a heartbroken emoji following it. The post included a link to her official statement. On her Facebook Stories, she also included a photo of her mother Julie, and her father Todd as she issued an official statement about them getting divorced. Here’s what she posted on her stories:

Turns out, it was a few days ago on Mother’s Day that Savannah Chrisley first addressed her parents’ divorce rumors. Her statement on the rumors was buried at the bottom of a long post opening up about how difficult Mother’s Day was this year for her family.
In her post, Savannah noted that the divorce rumors swirling about her parents were “nasty” and “untrue.” Here’s what she had to say about whether Todd and Julie Chrisley were getting divorced:
And to clear up NASTY rumors from people who would love nothing more than to see my family torn apart – my parents are MADLY in love with each other and will come out of this trial even stronger and more in love than before.
Savannah Chrisley was quick to crush the rumors noting that the time apart would just make the love her parents had for each other even stronger.
Why did Savannah Chrisley confirm the divorce rumors?
Savannah Chrisley’s post noted that she was issuing an official statement on rumors her parents were getting a divorce. The reality TV princess was confirming the rumors were out there about her parents and issuing her official statement on them. She, however, was not confirming the rumors existed. She was simply acknowledging them.
Unfortunately, the post caused many fans to panic as they focused on the word divorced and ran with the idea that she was confirming Todd and Julie got divorced. Fans were quick to wish Savannah and her family well during this troubling time.
