Gina Kirschenheiter Speaks Out About ‘Ozempic’ Drug Use
Gina Kirschenheiter spoke out about her suspected Ozempic weight loss drug use. The Real Housewives of Orange County Star has been accused of her recent weight loss being connected to taking the widely popular type 2 diabetic drug.
Gina Kirschenheiter Shows She Isn’t Hiding Anything
Gina Kirschenheiter aired a TikTok video showing herself weighing on a scale. According to US Weekly, she was quoted saying, “I’m a size 6. If i wasnt eating i would be a 2. Go kick rocks.” She said she was weighing herself to “silence the noise.” She also noted her 5’8” height and 155.9-pound weight.
Instead of the drug, the RHOC star attributes her weight reduction to giving up alcohol over a year ago and paying close attention to more flattering angles when taking pictures. Gina Kirschenheiter confirmed, “I’m not on a weight loss drug and it’s not my fault that you want to try and make something that’s not there, my friend.”

Not All RHOC Are The Same
Perhaps Gina Kirschenheiter has avoided the temptation of the “miracle” weight loss drug. Unmistakably, she is not the only star that has been questioned about their use of Ozempic lately. Also in the spotlight, Kyle Richards denied her slimming down was associated with the drug.
On the other hand, her Real Housewives of Beverly Hills costar Crystal Kung Minkoff admitted thinking about trying the drug. Minkoff decided not to go through with using a drug amid her eating disorder recovery. Minkoff has been open about her struggle with bulimia since she joined RHOBH in season 11, which aired in 2021.
By comparison, Real Housewives of New Jersey stars Dolores Catania and Margaret Josephs have been open about taking GLP-1 agonist injections to drop pounds. Catania has been seeing her result with Mounjaro, another weight loss drug in the Ozempic “family.”

Real Talk With The Real Housewives
Overall, Ozempic has not been approved for casual weight loss. In detail, Jackie Goldschneider, castmate and “friend” on Season 13 talked about her dislike for these types of drugs. She seemingly doesn’t like their weight loss strategies as she slammed Ozempic in February.
Goldschneider discussed her stance on Page Six‘s Virtual Reali-Tea podcast. She stated, “It gets me so fired up.”
Jackie Goldschneider’s Stance On Ozempic
Much like Gina Kirschenheiter clarifying she isn’t using Ozempic, Jackie Goldschneider gave her stance. “I’m horrified by it. I’m not so much horrified by people wanting to lose weight — that has always been a universal thing,” she continued, “but I’m very, very scared of what will happen if and when people have to go off this drug.”
She reflects that from a selfish standpoint, she wanted to come back to a place where everyone ate and loved food. She desires people to enjoy life.
“I wanted to come back to that and I didn’t because a lot of people in the Housewives world are on Ozempic. A lot of my friends are in the Housewives world, so it was tough for me to come back and suddenly no one’s eating when we go out to dinner.”
