On Instagram on Thursday, Lawson shared that he and Tiffany Bates have a big announcement coming. It was originally supposed to be shared by People Magazine on Friday. Originally, Lawson’s post said, “tomorrow,” meaning it would drop on Friday. But he changed it to “soon.”
As of Monday afternoon, it still hasn’t dropped. Fans don’t know why it’s delayed or what’s going on, unfortunately. Many believe it’s a pregnancy announcement, but at this point, no one knows.

In the comments section of Lawson’s Instagram post teasing the big news, one fan made their feelings known. One fan said, “You do realize that it’s VERY rude to say you’ll announce something tomorrow and keep people waiting for 2+ days to make said announcement?”
They added, “It better be something worth all this waiting or people are going to be really p*ssed.”
Lawson explained the situation and said, “Some things are unfortunately out of our control! We’re doing our best.”
