‘RHOA’ Bombshell: Kroy Biermann Has Restraining Order On Kim?
Kroy Biermann reportedly took a restraining order out on Kim Zolciak prior to filing for divorce.
An RHOA bombshell is making rounds on multiple social media platforms claiming Kroy Biermann has taken out a restraining order on Kim Zolciak. The bombshell regarding the estranged Bravo couple in the middle of a heated divorce also contradicts some of the more recent reports claiming Kroy and Kim are still living together under the same roof.
This Real Housewives of Atlanta shocker now making rounds on social media, however, does pre-date news of the divorce and the outstanding mountain of debt. So, if these new claims are true… Trouble has been brewing in this marriage for longer than anyone realized.
RHOA Bombshell: Kroy Biermann Has Restraining Order On Kim?
A Facebook page dedicated to Bravo rumors made a shocking claim that suggests trouble has been brewing between Kim and Kroy for a few years now. A screenshot of this page’s claims has also been shared on Twitter where it is currently making rounds.
The screenshot shared on the Bravo Gossip page suggests fans were digging into whether or not the divorce is a sham.
“He also attached a restraining order he took out against Kim in 2020. He states that Kim is no longer living with them and he has physical custody of the kids rn.”
The screenshot goes on to say: “He is asking that Kim be restrained from entering the house and that she is not fit to parent. Police were also at the house last Wednesday.”
“Kroy also unfollowed Brielle about 6 months ago and hasn’t let her back in the house since.”

Is There Any Truth To These Claims?
Now, individuals sharing this screenshot on Twitter and Instagram note that if they are true Bravo fans that double as Internet sleuths will get to the bottom of it. Presently, there aren’t any recent reports claiming Kroy Biermann has taken out a restraining order against Kim. This claim, however, is that the restraining order happened three years ago.
There are some issues with the claim being made. The first is the claim that he unfollowed Brielle. If he unfollowed her six months ago, he at some point in time refollowed her as he is currently following her on Instagram. She, however, did unfollow him recently indicating she had decided to side with her mother amid this grueling divorce.

The claim that Kim Zolciak is unfit and Kroy has physical custody also has some holes in it as Kim was spotted (and photographed) earlier this week picking her kids up from school. If he has physical custody and a restraining order, why is she picking the kids up from school?
