‘RHOA’: Kroy Biermann Goes For Jugular With Aggressive Petition
The details of Real Housewives of Atlanta stars Kroy Biermann and Kim Zolciak’s divorce are pouring out as media outlets dive into the legal documents and it is NOT pretty. As Tv Shows Ace previously reported, it appeared as if both Kroy and Kim raced to the courthouse as if filing for divorce first would give them an upper hand.
Diving into Kroy Biermann’s petition for divorce, fans are shocked by how aggressive he is in his demand. Clearly jaded by their financial struggles, Kroy is going for the jugular as his petition reveals his desire to take everything from Kim before booting her out the door.
RHOA: Kroy Biermann Goes For Jugular With Aggressive Petition
There appears to be no love left between Kroy Biermann and his estranged wife Kim Zolciak as their divorce heats up. In fact, Kroy filed an extremely aggressive petition for divorce as he’s seemingly going for Kim’s jugular as he hopes to take everything from her.
For starters, Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann have four small children together. Now, fans had hoped the estranged couple would find a way to work things out so they could co-parent their children and do what is best for the children. Unfortunately, Kroy and Kim seem to have different ideas of what is best. Kroy Biermann hopes to take the children away from Kim completely. He’s filed for sole custody. Kim, on the other hand, filed for sole physical custody. But, she is fine with Kroy having visits with his children.
Legal documents reveal Kroy Biermann isn’t just interested in taking the children. He also wants the family home. Moreover, he wants Kim to be ordered to vacate the home as it becomes his possession. So, to recap, in his aggressive petition, he seeks to take the children, take the house, and boot her out.
Given the serious amount of debt the couple is currently swimming in, it is unclear if either could purchase a new home to prove they could provide a safe living space for the children. So, it is understandable why they would be fighting over the house.
Isn’t the house foreclosed on?
As far as fans know, Kroy Biermann and Kim’s house has been foreclosed on. They are believed to be in that grace period where they can either make payments or get out. So, it is questionable whether this home would be providing a safe and secure home for the children unless Kroy also has money stashed away to pay off what is due on the house to stop the foreclosure from moving forward.
