Teen Mom star Briana DeJesus’ daughter, Stella’s father has been arrested. Early on Saturday morning, Luis Hernandez was charged with three crimes. Yet, what exactly were they and is he behind bars at this current moment? Read on for all of the details.

Teen Mom Briana DeJesus’ Daughter, Stella’s Father Arrested, Why?

Briana DeJesus has had a lot of controversy and drama in her life and her time on Teen Mom. She and Kailyn Lowry went head to head with a lawsuit being filed. Eventually, the judge ruled in Briana’s favor to which she threw a celebratory party. This was attended by Jade Cline and fired alum Jenelle Evans. She has two children but her second child, Stella was with Luis. Unfortunately, Briana has long called him out for not being there for his daughter. Now, he is in more hot water but what did he do?

According to The Sun, Briana DeJesus’ ex is facing three charges after being arrested in Florida Saturday, May 6th. His charges include driving with a suspended, revoked, or canceled/disqualified license, expired mobile home registration, and failing to appear for Driving While License Suspended or Revoked. Though these are the charges that Luis is facing, it is currently unknown why he was initially arrested. Per his mugshot, Stella’s daddy looked tired and worn out. However, he was arrested early and does work in the trucking industry so there is no telling what his schedule may have been like.

Fans may have also been taken aback by the gray in his beard. When he was on Teen Mom with Briana back in 2o17, he looked much younger and more youthful. It seems that he has taken a rough road. Briana claims that she chose not to pursue anything further romantically with Luis. Apparently, he did not like this thus he stopped participating in their daughter, Stella’s life. It is doubtful that he will be welcomed back in after being absent and then with this arrest haunting him.

What’s Up With Briana?

Stella is not the only child that Briana DeJesus has. She is also mom to Nova from her first baby daddy, Devoin Austin. Nova will turn twelve in September with Stella turning six this year. She was engaged a few years back and proudly flaunted her romance but that has since been called off. Fortunately, it looks like she has found new love and is very happy. However, her troubles still play out on reality television so it will be interesting to see if Luis’ arrest comes up at some point.
