An expert shared their thoughts on TJ Holmes and Amy Robach’s new TV show. Human resources professional Jason Greer feels that they will face new challenges than opportunities.

He spoke with The U.S. Sun about their future series, which hasn’t been picked up yet. Viewers may not want to tune in to watch their on-screen chemistry — especially since it’s been so long after their firing.

“I would have a lot of training with both Amy and TJ about their respectful behavior in the workplace,” Jason told The U.S. Sun. “Even though we’re talking about chemistry, there are millions of dollars that have been put into your show, and into the salaries of the people who support your show. So, it’s really important that we don’t make them feel uncomfortable.”

Their chemistry could make other people uncomfortable, especially those who work with them. TJ Holmes and Amy Robach’s affair made their GMA colleagues uncomfortable when they first found out. Jason feels it’s important to establish a “code of conduct” for the entire crew.

“Often it comes down to: What are we going to do to make sure that we have a plan in case everything breaks down between the two in terms of their relationship,” he added.

Post-GMA show could be a ratings boom?

Jason also shared his thoughts on whether TJ Holmes and Amy’s new show could be a ratings boom. He feels that it would only bring more problems behind the scenes. This could cause an HR issue if they don’t have systems in place.

“For as many political and legal landmines exist in this situation, it’s still very doable,” Jason continued. “You would need to build a robust HR system around it with constant check-ins, where you have to rigidly keep your finger on the pulse and know what employees are feeling and the dynamics backstage.”

What’s most important is that they establish a professional workplace. If they focus on having a solid “HR system” that includes “constant check-ins,” he feels they could make it work. However, things could slide with their employees in regard to workplace relationships and affairs.

Regardless, Jason admits that he would watch their new show if it happens. He feels that it would be “ratings good.” Jason thinks TJ Holmes and Amy’s show would be “alluring” because of their chemistry.
