‘MAFS’ Couple Jamie Thompson, Beth Bice Taking Time Apart
It looks like another couple from Married At First Sight might not work out. It was revealed today that Jamie Thompson and Beth Bice are taking time apart. The couple has been together for four years already. It sounds like things just aren’t working out.

Jamie Thompson went to his Instagram to share the news today that the couple was taking time apart. In the post Jamie shared saying, “A lot of you have been asking and I’ve been avoiding the questions… So, I just wanted to share that I’m taking some time away from my wife to focus on myself and my personal growth. It’s not easy, but it’s necessary. Taking this step may be difficult, but I know it’s necessary for me to become the best version of myself. I can’t say what the future holds for Beth and I, but I know I will be a stronger version of myself regardless. #selfcare #mentalhealth #personaldevelopment #personalgrowth #takingtimeforme #marriedatfirstsight.”
A lot of fans are commenting on the post saying they have been through the same thing. Many said that it worked out for them in the end. Hopefully, Jamie and Beth from MAFS can work through their issues as well.
Jame Answers More Questions
Jamie Thompson went to his Instagram Story to share a bit more. He said that at first Beth left and she has been gone for four weeks already. He admitted that their fighting had gotten really bad. Jamie thinks that now he should be focused on himself.
He knew he needed to take a step back when after three weeks he wasn’t getting the desire from Beth to fix it. Instead, he said he was only getting blame from her. He decided to control himself and do what was best for him.
Jamie also admitted that he doesn’t know if Beth will be upset that he announced this publicly. He said they talked about addressing it together, but if they could have worked together to do that then they could have worked on their marriage. He has no plans to start dating right now.
Beth Bice Staying Quiet
So far, Beth Bice is staying quiet about the split. Her last post on her Instagram was from about a month ago and it was wishing Jamie Thompson a Happy 4th Anniversary. At this time, fans assumed things were going fine for the couple. There is nothing shared on her Instagram Story either.
