Joy-Anna Forsyth gives fans a pregnancy update.
Since Joy-Anna announced her pregnancy last fall, she’s kept fans updated along the way. She shares regular bump photos and takes fans along to her doctors’ appointments via YouTube. She has even filmed the gender reveal and other exciting moments. On Friday, she dropped a new video, revealing she’s having contractions. Her due date is still roughly a month away, but it looks like it won’t be long before the little one makes his big debut and joins big sister Evelyn and big brother Gideon.
Not only did Joy-Anna update her followers on her pregnancy, but she also took a moment to joke with her husband and freak him out a bit.

In her new video, while Joy-Anna Forsyth was at the hospital for her stress test, she gave Austin a call via FaceTime. As TV Shows Ace reported, Joy-Anna explained to fans that she had to go to the ER for her stress test. So, she took this opportunity to give her hubby a little shock. She shared with fans, “I called Austin. I was like, ‘Hey, you ready to have a baby?’ I said, ‘I’m in the ER.’ He was like, ‘What?'”
On the phone, she told him she was in the emergency room, and he asked why. It looked like the soon-to-be dad of three was pretty calm but also perplexed.
After sharing the clip of her FaceTime call, the Duggar daughter tried to play down the prank and made it seem like it wasn’t such a big deal. She said, “I didn’t trick him. He knew that I was just pulling his leg.”
It’s unclear how Austin really felt about this prank, but it seemed to catch him off guard. Hopefully, he wasn’t too scared or concerned about his wife and baby.
