Proof Josie & Carlin Bates Reconciled Their Differences?
Is this proof that Bringing Up Bates stars Josie Balka and Carlin Bates Stewart have reconciled their differences? Bringing Up Bates fans suspect a feud between the sisters.
As TV Shows Ace has reported in the past, there has been heavy speculation about Josie and Carlin Bates feuding with one another. There are various reasons for this. Fans have picked up on many hints over the past several months. For example, the two don’t seem to spend much time together. Others have noticed that the sisters don’t typically like or comment on each other’s social media posts.
Some also feel that Whitney and Carlin Bates copied Josie’s business ideas. Josie has sold hair accessories and jewelry, while Whitney and Carlin offer clothing. Recently, the Bates Sisters Boutique began selling jewelry too, potentially competing with Josie.
The sisters themselves have not confirmed nor denied that there is tension between them.

In a new post on the Duggar Bates Confessions Instagram page, a fan pointed out that Josie was recently hanging out at Carlin’s home. If they were truly feuding, there’s a chance that this may not have happened. On her Instagram Stories, Josie shared a photo of herself holding Katie Bates’ baby Hailey. Katie and Travis recently made the trip to Tennessee from New Jersey so the family could meet their baby daughter.
Fans feel that there either was no feud after all or that Josie and Carlin have moved past any potential conflict.

Below, you can see the photo of Josie hanging out at Carlin’s house. If you follow Carlin on Instagram, or if you’ve watched her YouTube videos, you may have gotten a good look at her living room. Based on this picture, it looks like Josie was at Carlin’s house.
It’s worth noting that there is another possible explanation for this. Katie was in town and stayed at Carlin’s home. If Josie wanted to see her niece Hailey one last time before the Clarks went back to New Jersey, it made the most sense for her to head over to Carlin’s house. Otherwise, Katie would have had to bring Hailey over to Josie’s house and that may have been inconvenient.
So, even if Carlin and Josie aren’t on the best terms, they may have put their differences aside for Hailey’s sake and to make things easier on Katie.
