‘Bringing Up Bates’ Fans Suspect Carlin & Josie Had A Falling Out

Fans think Josie might be stealing Carlin’s ideas.
As TV Shows Ace reported on Tuesday, Bringing Up Bates fans believe that Josie might be copying her sister, Carlin’s ideas. Carlin and her sister-in-law, Whitney Bates, run the Bates Sisters Boutique, which offers women’s clothing and accessories.
This week, Josie announced that her hair accessory shop would soon be selling jewelry, too. Some fans felt that Josie copied Carlin and Whitney or that she was trying to steal their customers.
Now, fans think there are other signs that the sisters aren’t on good terms.
Bringing Up Bates fans pick up on more hints the sisters are feuding.
On Reddit, a fan recently pointed out that both Josie and Carlin attend the same church. However, they don’t appear to interact with each other there. They will sometimes post photos of themselves and their children at church but don’t share photos of one another.
Someone agreed that this lack of interaction seems “weird” and said, “I looked back on Carlin’s IG and she and Josie were friends at some point.”
Others are doubting that the sisters are feuding, but one Bringing Up Bates fan added, “IDC what ya’ll say…..there is something definitely between Carlin and Josie.”
It’s also worth noting that not all of Josie and Carlin’s interactions have to be posted online. Fans only get a small peek into parts of their lives via social media. So, it’s possible that they do actually interact at church and simply don’t share photos at that time.
Of course, fans don’t know the full story and what might be going on behind the scenes. And it doesn’t seem likely that the ladies will open up about a possible feud on social media, as they tend to keep things positive.
