Kristin Cavallari Admits She Doesn’t Want Kids To Pursue Reality TV
Kristin Cavallari was out in style over Easter weekend. Sporting her stylish and sexy side, the Uncommon James founder showed off her toned legs and tiny waist with a gorgeous slit dress. In her current life, she is finding her stride in the dating world again and also cautiously approaching the promotion of the kids in reality tv and content creation. Some of her past surfaced this week with The Jennifer Hudson Show. The first thing to remember is that it has been close to 20 years since Kristin Cavallari was recruited as a junior in high school to be in the cast of MTV’s Laguna Beach. Cavallari revealed she won’t let her three kids take on the same destiny. She admits that isn’t something she wants her children to do at such a young age.
Kristin Cavallari Reunites With Her Past Life
Cavallari reunited with her Laguna Beach co-stars to help promote her 2000s-inspired jewelry. She opened up about her time on the show on an episode of The Jennifer Hudson Show that aired on Wednesday. The episode featured Laguna Beach favorites including Talan Torriero, Jason Wahler, Alex Murrel, Jessica Smith, Alex Hooser, and Cavallari’s ex-boyfriend, Stephen Colletti.'”For the new @uncommonjames collection, I was inspired by the early 2000s era, so I knew I had to call up some old friends to make this come to life,” was captioned on her Instagram.

During the discussion, she reflected on her own experiences in front of the camera. She then explored the idea of what she would feel if her kids wanted to go into the TV business themselves. Kristin Cavallari’s career in television started in high school with the MTV reality series Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County. Then, after she graduated, she moved to Los Angeles and later joined the cast of the Laguna Beach spin-off series, The Hills.
Cavallari Kids Will Be Kids
Cavallari is mom to three children, Camden, 10, Jaxon, 8, and Saylor, 7 which she shares with ex-husband Jay Cutler. She expressed that her kids are welcome to pursue stardom, reality tv, and even content creation but not until they are at least 18 years old. In many ways during her reflection, she seemed to want to protect her kids from some of her personal experiences. As a mom, she wants to give them a chance to “just be kids” for now.
“It’s hard enough being in high school and doing everything you’re doing as a kid, so just focus on that,” she added.
She has a strong stance on giving her kids time to enjoy the ins and outs of their childhood. She cares about them and provides a “normal” life. Entertainment Tonight discussed, Cavallari says her children have given her a “real purpose in life” and then continues, “And it’s the best thing I’ve ever done, truly.”

Enjoying Life
For the most part, Kristin Cavallari is finding her way in balancing her businesses, family, and dating. Daily Mail reported, “When Hudson asked what she was looking for in a man, she said, ‘I’m looking for someone so secure, just so comfortable in their skin, and I really want a buddy, someone I can laugh with and have fun with.'” Although she is busy, she is taking time to relax amid her book release and all her ventures. Cavallari is focused on her entrepreneurial ventures but also working to preserve her peace. Similarly, that is the balance she seems to want to transfer to her kids’ lives as well.
