’90 Day Fiance’ Mahogany Roca Overdosed On Drugs, Is She Ok?

90 Day Fiance alum Mahogany Roca had a rough go from the beginning. She was accused of catfishing Ben Rathbun to get him to come to see her in Peru. However, it seems like the Before the 90 Days star’s life got even tougher once the show ended. It seems she overdosed on drugs but how is she? Did she make it out okay and was there any sign of Ben? 90 Day Fiance Mahogany Roca Overdosed On Drugs, Is She Ok?

During their time on 90 Day Fiance: Before the 90 Days, Mahogany caught a lot of heat from fans. She had seemingly heavily filtered her photos but Ben, who was in his fifties, fell hard. He had gone through a divorce but was very involved in his church. However, he was also going through a life change, pursuing modeling and fitness. Furthermore, he thought that Mahogany, who was in her early twenties, was his soul mate. So, he gave up his life in Michigan to go see his love but she was elusive and it took forever for them to finally connect.

Ultimately, they did get together, with her parents around but it ended quickly. There was a lot of back and forth, her abandoning him while he chased her. Finally, they showed up at the 90 Day tell-all and it turned out that he had gone back to Peru where she ghosted him yet again. Eventually, they connected and had a lovely time but things went awry until they started a YouTube channel together. Nothing had really been heard from them since last May 2022 until now.

Mahogany Roca took to her Instagram to share how she almost lost her life to a pill overdose. “I became someone different since the show ended. Open my demons and get on my way in his dreams. I found mine, almost 1 month ago I suffered an overdose that almost killed me. I started taking some pills to rest until work, love, more friendships completely stole my time. And I accidentally thought I would sleep happily!” she started her share.

What Happened Next?

The 90 Day Fiance alum also explained that she does not remember much of what occurred. However, it was Ben who was on the phone with her. He kept calling for her to wake up as she had lost consciousness. Fortunately, Mahogany did awake but she never could have imagined that she would have succumbed to pills like this. Fans were grateful that she shared her story and it is incredible that she is safe and healthy. Hopefully, she stays on a safe path in the long run.
