Are you ready to learn more about the new thriller Every Breath She Takes? According to the Lifetime synopsis, Jules Baker (Jones) has suffered years of mental and verbal abuse. Her husband, Billy (White), attacked her mind and filled it with horrible thoughts that tore her self-esteem apart.
Jules is broken. She is so ashamed of what is happening that she does not let anyone else know.
However, a horrible situation finally allows her to break free of this situation. During a physical altercation with Billy, a freak accident happens during the struggle. This leads to a fire that quickly engulfs the house. Not only is their home destroyed, but Billy dies as well. Now, Jules is finally free.
Now, Jules should be able to live her life in peace, but that is not the case. When she goes around town, she hears a lot of whispering. People gossip about her and say that she is “the one that killed her husband.” These people do not know the abuse she went through. Now, she is the bad guy!
Unfortunately, this is not her worst problem. After the insurance company investigates the fire, they determine that the fire was intentionally set. The verdict points fingers at Jules. She looks like the guilty party. There is even a detective snooping around, determined to arrest her.
This is all starting to mess with her mind. Jules is now haunted by the final minutes of her husband’s life. She even begins to see Billy everywhere she goes.
