Andy Cohen Served Scheana Shay At ‘VPR’ Reunion, Why?
Andy Cohen served Scheana Shay papers at the Vanderpump Rules Season 10 reunion. She’s still going through legal drama. On Thursday, March 23, the cast reunited for the reunion taping. Keep on reading to learn more.
Why did Scheana Shay get served?
Host Andy Cohen was getting ready for “game day.” He couldn’t wait to tackle the VPR Season 10 reunion in light of the “Scandoval.” However, he had to serve Scheana Shay papers prior to the reunion. It turned out those papers “have no legal meaning.” Scheana’s lawyer Naema Rahmani spoke out about what happened.
“Rachel had Andy ‘serve’ Scheana with a document during the reunion, but the papers have no legal meaning,” Neama said in a statement to Page Six. “It was a request to dismiss a complaint or a civil lawsuit, but Rachel had requested a permanent restraining order, which is something completely different.”
Initially, Raquel filed a temporary restraining order earlier this month. She alleges that Scheana Shay punched her out following the taping of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen. The two allegedly got into an altercation when Scheana learned about Raquel’s affair with Tom Sandoval. Scheana’s lawyer previously denied the claims and called Raquel “a liar and a cheat.”
Raquel asked Andy to “serve” Scheana prior to the reunion. The two were kept 100 yards apart due to the restraining order. However, there is no way for Raquel to “drop” the court order protection prior to the hearing scheduled for Wednesday, March 29. She handed the host a document she printed out and planned to file.
Raquel Leviss fails to drop court order protection
Once again, Raquel made yet another mistake with the restraining order. The first time around, she forgot to check off the appropriate boxes when she filed the court order of protection. Now, she hasn’t filed this new document “with the court.” Scheana Shay’s lawyer noted there was “no file stamp in the right corner” to deem it an official court document.
“This was just another public relations stunt by Rachel and her team,” the attorney continued. “If Rachel really wanted to make this go away, she would come out and publicly say the ‘punch’ never happened and she is sorry for all the harm she caused Scheana, Ariana, and her other friends.”
The hearing will take place next week. From there, the court will decide whether to throw away the restraining order or bring it to trial. Scheana Shay’s ongoing drama with Raquel isn’t going away soon. Vanderpump Rules Season 10 may not conclude until the end of May when the reunion wraps up on Bravo.

None of this should be shocking, they all cheated at one time or another, even Ariana, that’s how she hooked up with Sandoval in the first place. There are a couple I believe have never cheated, Brittany, Stassi Katie. As far as I can see that’s it. So what should you expect from a bunch of cheaters…..reap what you sow…..KARMA can and will ve a bitch.
