Courtney Waldrop Gives ‘Frustrating’ Update On Saylor’s Injury
Sweet Home Sextuplets star Courtney Waldrop is back with a “frustrating” update about her son Saylor’s injury. The mother of nine has been keeping fans in the loop about the recent incident and unfortunately, she doesn’t have the best news to share this time. So, what happened to Saylor, anyway? Unfortunately, the Waldrops have dealt with many injuries over the years. With nine kids, and many of them being involved in sports, there are bound to be accidents here and there. The most recent injury happened a couple of weeks ago, and this time, Courtney and Eric’s oldest son, Saylor, was the one who got hurt.

As TV Shows Ace reported, Saylor was injured while he was in basketball class. He ended up colliding with another player and broke his nose. After going to the hospital, they went to see an ENT, who said it was a bad fracture. He was supposed to have surgery late last month to fix it, and it was going to be a fairly minor surgery because it was scheduled to be performed within a week of the injury occurring. However, the morning he was supposed to go in for surgery, Saylor was feeling sick and tested positive for Covid. This meant he had to miss his surgery and it would be rescheduled for a later date outside of that one-week window. So, the surgery would be more complicated.
Now, it has been a couple of weeks since Courtney Waldrop last shared anything about Saylor’s injury. Rather than providing a positive update, she gave a frustrating one this week.

On Friday, Courtney returned to Instagram with more details about Saylor’s nose. She shared a photo of herself and her eldest son and then gave a full rundown of what is going on. She explained, “So as of right now we are waiting for his nose to completely heal before we can find out about surgery. Which has really been stinky waiting 6 weeks on something to heal all so it can be rebroken and have to start all over.”
Then, she added, “So now it has to fully heal and assess it then to see what will have to be done. Then the surgery becomes a more major deal. So it’s just a waiting game right now. Little frustrating but it is what it is.”

At the end of the post, Courtney Waldrop promised she would be back with more details after they go to the doctor again. Their next appointment is in April. So, be on the lookout for that soon. In response, fans are offering to pray for Saylor and many hope this is taken care of soon. Many are sending lots of love and words of encouragement too.
