‘American Idol’ Fans Call Out Katy Perry’s Attitude Problem

Katy Perry annoyed American Idol fans once again. They called her out for her attitude problem. On Sunday’s episode of the singing competition, Sara Beth Liebe auditioned for the show. Sara Beth Liebe auditions on American Idol

On the Sunday, March 5th episode of American Idol, Sara Beth Liebe had an awkward run-in with Katy. She didn’t seem interested in the singer or her backstory. Katy was cold and off-putting during Sara Beth’s audition. At one point, Katy turned her back while she performed.

Sara Beth sang several renditions of songs during her audition. Katy’s fellow coaches Luke Bryan and Lionel Richie took well to her. However, Katy wasn’t impressed. She told Sara Beth that she needs to bring the fire more it to her performances. When Sara Beth sang “Bennie and the Jets” by Elton John, Katy barked: “More of that! Hold it out!”

“I feel like a comic book strip character just came to life,” Katy Perry said. “Look, if it’s not your dream you’re not gonna go far. I also respect everyone who walks through that door who will lay down their life for this golden ticket…”

The “Teenage Dream” singer wasn’t moved by Sara Beth. She gave her a firm no. Despite how she felt, Luke and Lionel gave her two “yeses.” That’s all the votes she needed to get through to Hollywood.

Idol fans accuse Katy Perry of bullying

During that segment, American Idol fans took to Twitter to react. Most of them claimed that Katy Perry was bullying the contestant. They notice how she acts around other female singers. Others called her out for her attitude problem.
