Matt Wilson is coming on to American Idol with a strong background. He is an R&B singer who has released six singles already. According to Meaww, Matt once performed for the AI judges. He was seeking a platinum ticket during the American Music Awards. Despite not going platinum, he is going for gold in Season 21. However, Wilson, 21 has already established himself as a singer. As aforementioned, the New Yorker has released six singles.

They have done fairly well though he only has a little under 3K followers. Of course, with his appearance on Idol, he is bound to gain even more fame, followers, and downloads. Hearts may be broken as Matt Wilson is married with one of his videos filmed on his wedding day back in 2021. Yet, he is not just a singer and a husband, he also offers advice for future performers via a YouTube channel. Though fans are supposed to tune into the show to see who gets through, Matt has posted a spoiler to his Instagram.

Season 21 Ready To Roll

Matt Wilson is ready to take on the show which is clear from his posts. Throughout them all, he always thanks his wife for being there to support him. She responded to his golden ticket post and shout-out with this: “Such an honor to be on this journey with you ❤️🤞🏽 this is just the beginning.” Viewers will hopefully get to meet this lovely lady and hear more from Matt Wilson when he auditions tonight, February 26th. More so, it will be interesting to see if the judges remember him from the AMAs when he first auditioned.
