Dr. Jen Ashton hinted that she wants to take on a new career. On Groundhog Day, she admitted that she would like to film the annual ceremony in Pennsylvania. Jen told her co-anchors that she’s “obsessed” with Punxsutawney Phil, the groundhog that does or doesn’t see its shadow.

“I swear, it’s on my bucket list to actually go and see Punxsutawney Phil,” Dr. Jen Ashton told her co-anchors. “I cannot explain that, but I swear that I’ve always wanted to be there.”

Newcomer Rhiannon Ally said that Good Morning America “can make that happen for you.” Dr. Jen Ashton said with a smile: “I know. That’s what our executive producer said. Maybe next year.” She also expressed her interest in covering the Grammys next year.

Jen offered another suggestion to the GMA producers. She admitted that they should bring the Grammys to them. However, it may not work since the Grammys airs on a competing network. The Grammys has always been broadcasted on CBS.
