They are having a daughter and have decided to name her Hailey James. Her arrival is getting close, so Katie is giving fans a look at her life as she counts down the days until her daughter’s birth.

As TV Shows Ace reported, Katie is currently in pre-term labor. At her most recent appointment, her doctor informed her that the baby could come any day now. It could be this week, or it could be a couple of weeks from now, but the doctor predicted that the baby will be early. Her due date is March 4, 2023.
To be by her sister’s side during this huge moment, Carlin Bates Stewart made the trip from Tennessee to New Jersey last week. She brought her husband Evan Stewart and their kids, Layla and Zade, along. Katie Bates’ mom Kelly Jo is in town too.

On Instagram this week, Katie posted a new Reel to show everyone what her life looks like right now. She and her family are hanging out at her house while waiting for the baby to arrive. Behind her, Travis is attempting to figure out the car seat, while Evan holds all of the packed bags for the hospital. Carlin is checking Katie’s belly while timing her contractions.
Meanwhile, Kelly Jo is responsible for keeping Katie cool with a washcloth. Katie Bates captioned the video: “How my family acts when the doctor says I could have the baby any day.”
