’90 Day Fiance: TOW’: Did Nicole & Mahmoud Stick It Out?
Did 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way couple Nicole and Mahmoud end up sticking it out? Viewers were just introduced to them in the second episode. However, there were a lot of issues that they had already faced prior to starting the series. This left fans wondering if they could even make it. So, did they last the long haul? 90 Day Fiance: TOW: Did Nicole & Mahmoud Stick It Out?
When Nicole and Mahmoud were introduced on 90 Day Fiance, fans were shocked. Nicole had met Mahmoud and, ultimately they had gotten married in Egypt. However, she struggled with the rules that were imposed upon women. She did not like how much she had to cover up or how she always had to wear certain clothes. Furthermore, she disliked the fact that she could not hug other men including male cousins as they could be deemed potential suitors.
Nicole tried to make it work but the duo fought way too much, especially over her restrictive lifestyle. She had hoped that, upon marrying Mahmoud, he would lighten up and she could be freer with herself. This is not how it ended up working out so she told him that she wanted a divorce. In total, Nicole visited Egypt six times but, even over video chat, they cannot stop bickering. Then, she shocked her 90 Day Fiance friends by telling them she was moving back to Egypt.
She will soon return to Egypt but does it last? According to In Touch Weekly, where they stand is now unknown. Unfortunately, they do not seem to have active social media accounts so it is hard to determine where they currently stand. Judging by the previews and how she does not want to adhere to Egyptian culture, it does not look like it will last. Even Nicole’s two close friends were stunned when she revealed that she was moving back. They just assumed that she was done with him as everyone in her life did.
How Did They Meet?
Nicole seems quite eclectic and enjoys the fashion industry. On 90 Day Fiance, she is seen working two jobs in Los Angeles but she is not a fan of it. Much like Daniele, she seems tired of city life. However, her friends point out that she has the freedom to wear what she wants and drink beer on the streets if she so chooses. So, how did she meet Mahmoud? It all transpired in an Egypt fabric store.
“I was shopping and there was this super cute boy, with these big brown eyes and these big sexy muscles. He said, ‘You should stay in Egypt and be my wife.’ He asked me if I really would marry him, so I said, ‘Yes, of course, yeah.’” Admittedly, when she flew back for their wedding, she started to feel ill, like something was off. Maybe she should have trusted her gut.
