Does Christine Brown think her ex-husband Kody will take on more wives? This has been a big question since three out of four of his wives have left him. He is now left in a monogamous relationship with his fourth wife, Robyn. This is a less-than-desirable situation for a bevy of reasons. Now, in an exclusive clip from the final part of the Season 17 Sister Wives tell-all, Kody’s former third wife, Christine reveals if she thinks there will be more wives. Does Christine Brown Think Kody Will Take On More Wives?
When Christine Brown left Kody Brown in early 2021 after twenty-six years of marriage, it was a big blow. It made Kody question plural marriage and it really broke his heart. He noted that it is not all “beer” and “skittles.” Then, during the Season 17 tell-all, it was confirmed that both his first and second wives, Meri and Janelle had also parted ways with Kody. So, he was left with one wife. This was not something his fourth wife, Robyn had wanted at all.
She maintained that she had many other options after her first divorce. However, she really wanted a plural family and fell in love with the system that the Browns had. It broke Robyn’s heart when that fell apart. Fans have been wondering if Kody will take on more wives. Not just for Robyn but to keep the TLC paycheck intact. Christine Brown is opening up on this, according to In Touch Weekly. She does not believe he and Robyn will seek more wives.
“I think a part of them would always be a little bit sad that this didn’t work and that the big family didn’t work,” Christine Brown shared in a preview for the tell-all finale. She added: “And I think that there’d be a little bit of a mourning [period] and a little bit of a loss there still, because it’s a dream, right? It’s giving up on a dream, and it’s not a dream that they wanted to give up on, necessarily … I don’t see them looking for another wife after this.”
More Sister Wives?
With three wives gone, what does that mean for the future of Sister Wives? Christine Brown already made a TikTok showing fans around her new Utah set. There, she will do her confessionals and there is a chair and makeshift shelf set up for her in her basement. No longer will the mother of six have to drive eight hours in order to film in Flagstaff. That is unless she wants to be there for a familial reason.
In the end, it is up to Kody and Robyn if they choose to add more wives but Christine did share this. “If you already have this much failure behind you, would you really want that again? And if they’re just happy with each other — and I perceive them as being soul mates with each other, is there room for anyone else, really?”
