Lil Nas X was “pregnant” with a new album

Back in September 2021, Lil Nas X shared an announcement with his fans. He mocked rapper Drake’s Certified Lover Boy album cover by sharing pictures of his “baby bump.” That’s when he announced he was “pregnant” with a new album, not a baby. The singer even debuted his baby bump at award ceremonies during that time.

In the joking video, the text above him read, “Baby ‘Montero’ is due September 17, 2021.” That album era caught controversy of his own. Conservative leaders and politicians took issue with Lil Nas X’s music video for his hit song “Montero,” which featured Satan. He also collaborated with Nike on a sneaker that featured similar imagery.

Lil Nas X shared some big news on his Instagram Stories. He revealed that he has a secret baby boy. The entertainer shared a snapshot of his adorable baby. His son wore a black hooded sweatshirt with jogging pants.

He held onto a stuffed huskie and had a green pacifier in his mouth. Lil Nas X snapped the photo of the toddler who looked up at him. Behind his kid was a gold cash register on the table. The former TikTok star also shared the photo on his Instagram feed, which he has since deleted.

Lil Nas X captioned the Instagram post: “Yes, I have a son, and I’m no longer gonna hide  him from this cruel world.”

Fans were in shock over his revelation. They weren’t sure if he was trolling since he likes to crack jokes on social media. Some of them jumped into the comment section of the now-deleted Instagram post to talk about the big news. They had no idea that the hitmaker had an actual child.
