My 600-Lb. Life John & Lonnie Hambrick 2022 Update: Where Are They Now?

Technically, both John and Lonnie Hambrick have Instagram profiles. John, unfortunately, really doesn’t post on his anymore. Lonnie, however, is a professional Hair Stylist in Haltom City. So, he maintains a very active social media profile with over 5,000 followers. Making things even better for fans, his brother John does make appearances on his social media profile from time to time.

Now, typically, it has always been made very clear by various cast members that the network (and production company) is pretty particular with NDAs prior to the airing of their episodes. What exactly the NDA does and doesn’t cover, however, is something only those who have read and signed the NDA would know.

Fans of My 600-Lb. Life have always assumed cast members were barred from sharing updates on their weight loss journey via social media because it would take away from the information being revealed during an episode of the show. So, fans were a bit surprised by how much information can be obtained about how Lonnie and John Hambrick are doing as of 2022 and where they are now.

Shockingly, Lonnie uploaded a video that featured both himself and his brother John via Instagram and TikTok. Check out the video down below to see a pretty current update on how Lonnie and John look as of 2022:

How much weight have the brothers dropped?

Just a week ago, Lonnie Hambrick shared a shocking video on both TikTok and Instagram showing what he looked like after dropping 352 pounds. He penned in the caption attached to the video: “This is what it looks like after 352lbs lost and two skin reduction surgeries. I have a lot more to go but I’m sure sexy AF until I get there.”

As fans recall, John actually lost more weight than his brother Lonnie during his time on the show weighing in at a total weight loss of 294 pounds. John, however, did still weigh more than his brother at the time weighing in at 393 pounds.

The Hambrick brothers, however, did successfully continue on their weight loss journeys and continued to drop tons of weight. Many argue the brothers are among some of the most successful patients Dr. Now has ever had. The very recent video Lonnie shared on social media reveals the brothers both look like new men after dropping some serious pounds.

In February of this year, Lonnie shared a pretty incredible My 600-Lb. Life 2022 update on where they are now with their weight loss journey. The update included a side-by-side before and after photo of how they looked today versus how they looked two years ago. The update also revealed they were officially finished filming for the TLC series. So, this means the Where Are They Now episode featuring John and Lonnie that airs tonight takes place during the very beginning of 2022 as filming wrapped in February.
