“I am 58 years old and this is the best decade of my life. Every single good thing that has happened to me, happened after 50,” Hoda Kotb shared at the event. “If you would have told the 15- or 16-year-old me, ‘Just hang in there. After 50, you’re going to get everything you dreamt of,’ I would have been so bummed out.”

The two-piece pantsuit featured matching bright yellow buttons on the blaze and cuffs. Hoda Kotb attended the event to honor successful women entrepreneurs and leaders over 50. She loves the outfit so much that she wore it on a recent broadcast of Today. It looked as crisp and clean as when she wore it the night before.
