‘The View’: Sara Haines Flops At Being Snarky On Live TV
The View co-host Sara Haines flops at being snarky on live TV. She tried to shade Joy Behar. However, her joke fell flat in the awkward moment. Keep reading on to learn more.
Sarah Haines gets her digs into Joy Behar
On Friday’s broadcast of The View, Sara Haines tried to get her digs into Joy Behar. The co-hosts experienced tension during the live show. As TV Shows Ace previously reported, Sara has been annoyed with her co-hosts. She doesn’t like being interrupted when she’s trying to make a point.
It’s bound to happen with too many people at the round table. For some reason, Sara was feeling some type of way about Joy. It all started when the panel discussed who they bring as plus-ones to red-carpet events and galas. Ana Navarro and Alyssa Farah Griffin always bring their husbands.
Meanwhile, the others mentioned that they would rather have their kids or friends with them. Joy mentioned that she likes to bring her husband Steve Janowitz. She joked that he can pick her up when she falls down.
Sara Haines jumped in and said: “He’s also funny,” to which Joy echoed. The blonde co-host got snarky when she responded: “And you’re okay.” She mocked Joy’s candid sense of humor. Joy didn’t look amused by Sara’s little joke. She little out an awkward “Okay” before she took the show into a commercial break.
On top of that, the joke fell flat among the live studio audience. None of them let out a laugh. It was a very awkward and tense moment for both co-hosts. Sara’s attempt to be snarky towards Joy flopped back in her face.
The View co-hosts have tense moments
Not a day goes by when the co-hosts on The View have tense discussions at the table. However, Sara Haines had her claws into Joy that entire episode. She warned her during a conversation about Megan Markle and Prince Harry’s decision to leave the family. The conversation got tense as Sara tried to shut Joy down.
They discussed the couple’s upcoming docuseries on Netflix. Joy wanted to know if the racist accusations were “just hearsay.” Sunny Hostin said there were a lot of reports confirming Megan and Harry’s comments. Joy continued to press for more questions.
Sara Haines chimed in and asked: “Should we really go there?” Earlier this week, the redhead comedian snapped at Sara for asking about her personal life. The two have made snarky comments at one another in recent weeks. Fans can’t help but notice the tension between the two.
