‘DWTS’: Gleb Savchenko Wants Len Goodman’s Judge Seat?
After 31 Seasons at the table, Len Goodman shocked everyone with his decision to quit. The biggest question Dancing With The Stars fans have at this point is simple — Who will take his seat on the judges’ panel? Turns out, DWTS professional dancer Gleb Savchenko has his eyes on the vacancy.
According to The Sun, Gleb Savchenko has officially asked the producers of DWTS to consider giving him Len Goodman’s seat on the judges’ panel. What else is known about this and could Gleb really snag a seat at the table? Keep reading for the details.
DWTS Gleb Savchenko wants Len Goodman’s judge’s seat?
Dancing With The Stars fans are still licking their fresh wounds after learning Len Goodman was retiring as a judge on the dancing competition. Len has been such a staple in the show, fans aren’t really sure how things will look moving forward. More specifically, fans wonder who will attempt to fill the shoes left behind by Len Goodman. Turns out, according to The Sun, dancing professional Gleb Savchenko is willing to give it a go.
Gleb tells the media outlet: “Listen, I’d love to, at some point, step into Len’s shoes and get in his seat, and at least for a couple of weeks, give me a shot.”
Now, Gleb Savchenko is pretty fair in his desire to take a seat on the judges’ panel. He recognizes that he may not be the only DWTS pro dancer interested in Len Goodman’s seat. And, he believes some sort of fun and fair competition should be held with the end result being a pro dancer snagging the seat.
And I think Dancing With the Stars should give each pro a shot and make it fun. Each pro goes and judges one of the episodes- that would be fun.”
While speaking to the outlet, the pro dancer proceeded to reassure DWTS fans that aspiring for a seat on the judges’ panel didn’t mean he was done with dancing. He reassured: “I definitely have a couple more seasons, couple more years- maybe five years more in me to do this.”
