The Chrisley verdict has dropped and the big question everyone has is simple: What happens to Chloe Chrisley? As TvShowsAce previously reported, Todd Chrisley has been sentenced to 12 years behind bars and his wife Julie has been sentenced to seven. Parents to both Grayson and Chloe, fans wonder what will happen to these minors with Todd and Julie behind bars. Likewise, concern also mounts for Nanny Faye Chrisley. As fans know, Nanny Faye’s health is declining as she battles bladder cancer.

Today in court, Julie Chrisley argued that she should only get probation and house arrest as she was the caregiver for Chloe, Grayson, and Nanny Faye.

Chrisley Verdict Drops: Chloe Chrisley Fears For Her Future

According to Insider, both Todd and Julie Chrisley broke down emotionally when it came time to talk about what would happen to their children if they ended up behind bars. Todd became choked up as he argued that his wife Julie did not deserve to be punished.

Julie Chrisley broke down completely while speaking about Chloe. The Chrisley Knows Best star told the court that her daughter/granddaughter told her that she didn’t want to go on living if Julie ended up behind bars.

Julie said as she sobbed in the courtroom: “To hear your 10-year-old say she doesn’t want to live if their mom goes away, no child should feel that way.”

Per the same outlet, a thick sadness filled the courtroom as Todd and Julie spoke of what would happen to their children.

What Will Happen To Todd And Julie Chrisley’s Granddaughter?

Originally, Todd and Julie Chrisley had hoped the court would allow them to stagger their sentences to be there for their children. The hope was that Julie would go to prison after Todd finished his sentence. This way one of them could be there for the children and Nanny Faye. U.S. District Judge Eleanor Ross has denied this request. The judge noted that there are many other defendants who find themselves in the same situation. And, accommodations are not made on their behalf. So, she was unwilling to accommodate their request.

Fortunately, Chloe and Grayson do have lots of siblings who are over the age of 18 that can step up. Many fans have speculated Savannah Chrisley will take in Chloe. There are some fans, however, who would love to see Chloe go back to her father. Though, considering he has remarried a woman with children that living situation could be uncomfortable for her. Lindsie Chrisley (who has a son near Chloe’s age) is an option. Likewise, Chloe and Grayson could also go live with Chase and his fiance Emmy Medders.

Fans assume Chase and Emmy will likely step up to take care of Nanny Faye Chrisley.

Are you surprised by the verdict? Who do you think will take Chloe and Grayson Chrisley?

    1. They broke the law. I dont care if they have kids! They are not above the law just because they have kids. They need to pay for their choices. You make the choice and you have to pay theconsequences, no matter who you are. They knew they had kids when they chose to cheat the government. They chose to cheat and steal. Guilty !!!

  3. This is devastating news!!! They have made a mistake & have paid for it in more ways than we know!! They are NOT threat to Society ! There is a BIG difference in being violent vs Taxes !!
Why couldn’t they be out on Probation instead of taking them away from their Family ! The Chrisley’s have brought so much Love & Laughter to a lot of people via Chrisley’s knows Best!! Please reconsider this verdict !!!!!
Keeping y’all in my thoughts & Prayers!!!
    Love you all,
    MK

    1. as my ex late husband said(he was a defense attorney)- you can get away with murder in modern America but not with tax fraud. But again it depended on who you are -many people including Pelosi and Clinton(and they are violent toward American folks) family should be behind the bar but I guess they are privileged.

  4. They should have gotten ALL the time.
No judge would be leniently with the average person. They are CROOKS and will do it again

  5. Heartbroken for Todd & Julie to be separated from each other and from Nanny Faye, Chase, Savannah, Greyson & Chloe for many years to come.
Although they did avoid paying taxes (wonder why Trump got away with not oaying and nothing happens to that narcissistic loser)
if they could have gotten probation they woild have been anle to work to repay it. Being incarcerated that won’t happen -so stupid
Savannah will be an excellent role model and loving sister taking on the parent role for Chloe & Greyson and Chase & Emmy will take great & loving care of Nanny Faye. All of them need to stay very close because they are their support system for each other.
God will bevwith all of you sering you all thru
this and if Todd & Jullie are in Forida prisons all the kids & Nanny Faye might consider moving to Florida near the prisons so they can visit them often
