On Monday, Jinger revealed to fans that she has a new bookBecoming Free Indeed, coming out on January 31, 2023. The Duggar daughter shared a four-minute video on her Instagram page and on YouTube, sharing the news and telling everyone about her memoir.

Jinger admitted, “This has been the hardest thing I’ve ever had to do, but I think it’s the most important.”

She went on and said, “I’ve written a book. It’s called Becoming Free Indeed, and it is my story. My journey of disentangling faith from fear.”

In her video, Jinger mentioned the IBLP (Institute of Basic Life Principles) and its founder, Bill Gothard. This is her family’s religion and she was raised on these teachings. Now, she’s deconstructed from many of those strict beliefs while maintaining her faith in God.
